We start our journey in the North West of Quito visiting one of the places where the famous Black-breasted Puffleg lives, plus a wide variety of hummingbirds such as:

We descend the mountains to reach the lowlands in the west before crossing the beautiful cloud forest, where we find such gems such as:

Before crossing over the mountains to the east we will visit one of the most beautiful volcanoes in the country Antisana. Here we will see a beautiful Ecuadorian hummingbird Hillstar, along with other stars like Black-face Ibis, Silvery Greve, Many-striped Canastero and others.

We begin our journey to the east but not before stopping at Papallacta pass to observe the rare Rufous-bellied Seedsnipe in addition to hummingbirds, tanagers and with a little luck we may see some condors. Also many times our clients can have a luck to see spectaculate bear, white-taile deer and mountain tapir

Going down a little to the slopes we will find a wide variety of hummingbirds, owls and The Mystery Undescribed or San Isidro Owl, Foothill Screech-owl, Gray-breasted Toucans and Mountain-Toucan, Black-billed Mountain-Toucan, Chanel-billed, White-throated, and others.
